30-Minute Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups, Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
- 10 oz. box, Frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed)
- 14 oz. can, Artichoke hearts (chopped & drained)
- 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 2/3 cup, Sour Cream
- 8 oz. block/box, Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup, Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°
- In a medium bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts
- In a separate, medium bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise
- Combine both bowls into one and mix until all ingredients are well combined
- Pour into an 8x8 pan or small casserole dish
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Serve Warm
